Getting Right with God

Salvation > Getting Right with God

Deut 29:18 says “Lest there should be among you a root that bears gall and wormwood;” Let not our hearts have any misleading notion or wrong understanding about God or about the Trinity. People of ordinary faith and ground-level Christianity cannot understand Trinity or the Third person of the Trinity, the Holy Ghost.

Jesus said in Joh 15:4 “Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.” As Jesus Himself abode with God the Father, we must too learn to abide with Jesus. To be with Jesus is to follow and practice the word of God in true spirit.

I Corn 6:17 says “But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.” Unless we join with Jesus in Spirit we cannot be with Jesus and Jesus cannot be in us. St. Paul says “let the same mind be in you also as it was with Jesus. Even in mind too we should posses Jesus (Phil 2:5).

We can be right with God and God can be with us when we walk with Jesus according to I Pet 2:21 "Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his Steps,"

"Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy" (Rev 1:3) Bible is nothing but a book that contains

Rev 22:7 "Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book." Rev 22:18 “For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, Rev 22:19 “And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy.”

The entire book of Revelations contains only Words of Prophecy.

The two Testaments – Old Testament and the New Testament are related to each other, in the manner that the Old Testament is a prophecy about what is going to be in New Testament and the New Testament is the fulfillment of the prophetic Word said in the Old Testament. Ish 51:4 says “O my nation, for a law shall proceed from me Yes the Word of God comes from God Himself” and in Hosea 8:12 God said says “I have written to him the great things of my law.” God Himself wrote this Word by speaking through His many prophets in different times by different people from different parts of the earth.

In the Old Testament, as God’s finger wrote the 10 commandments, Bible is also truly written by God himself. Every word that is in the scripture is by God himself as St. John says in John 1:1 “Every word in the Bible reveals about Jesus.”

So whoever gives witness about the Word of God, is witnessing about Jesus himself in the spirit of prophecy.
